Portfolio Analyst, Dutch Speaking

Bruin are searching for Portfolio Analyst to join our client, a leading financial institution with a strong presence in the mortgage investments sector. The role will require the analyst to incorporate credit risk in order to develop the Dutch residential mortgage business ,monitor any changes in the Dutch affordability assessments and maintain the portfolio composition. Therefore, we are seeking a motivated Portfolio Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in the growth and management of our Dutch residential mortgage business.

Key Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch is required
  • Deep understanding of credit and lending policies in the Netherlands and related regulations
  • Experience in monitoring portfolios for lending risks and credit performance
  • Retail credit risk including understanding of credit scoring
  • Data analysis and modelling skills beneficial
  • Strong awareness of mortgage regulations and property market developments and opportunities
  • Strong quantitative background and experience
  • Underwriting policy management
