Salary: €42,000 basic annual salary plus €5,000 on target bonus per annum (€47,000 OTE)
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days a week in-office

About the Channel Development Representative:
If you're looking to advance your sales career, MarketStar has a great opportunity for you as a Channel Development Representative representing a leader in the technology industry.
As a Channel Development Representative, you will assess and recommend new up-and-coming accounts for coverage to our inside sales team. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying and working with Channel Partners that have great potential to grow sales for Netgear product. You will also be responsible for helping potential Channel Partners navigate through the on-boarding process.
Location: MarketStar's office is based at 1 Central Park, Block G, 2nd Floor, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. This is a hybrid role with 4 days a week in the office and 1 day a week working from home
What will you do?
Engage stakeholders on dormant accounts to reactivate and schedule appointments with Account Managers
Help enable and progress all channel partners identified as potential candidates for sales coverage
Collaborate with individual sales rep on our team to identify and nurture up and coming channel partners for transition into dedicated sales coverage
Train potential partners on the benefits of partnering with Netgear
Adjust to new situations and escalate issues quickly for resolution
Skills & Qualification:
- Fluent level of Dutch and English (Read, Write, Speak
- Excellent verbal and written communication with an outstanding telephone presence
- Engaging and personable with the ability to easily develop relationships of influence
- Minimum 2 years of experience with a passion for sales with proven success in sales attainment
- Strong organization skills with the ability to track and complete multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to excel in a team environment
- Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM
- Understanding of channel sales and distribution helpful
