Customer Service Specialist (French or Dutch speaking) at YARA_EBS

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relations with internal and external customers
- Together with the team develop and implement solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Focus on the customer: communicate solutions and follow up on daily tasks
- Deliver all orders to colleagues in Transport Management
- Manage billing documents, return and diversion cases
- Be a role model of Yara's culture where health, environment, safety and quality are a top priority
Profile
- Fluent/native in English
- Good French or Dutch language skills (B2) required
- Relationship builder
- Excellent communicator
- Supportive team player
- Result-oriented
- Consistent performer
- Preferably experienced in Customer Service or Supply Chain
- Based in Vilnius or willing to relocate

Offered Salary
We offer salary from EUR 1670 to EUR 2819 per month gross (before taxes, language premium included). Final offer depends on the language a candidate is proficient in and a candidate's competencies.
