We are very excited to recruit for a new DUTCH speaking Customer Advisor - WFH anywhere in Greece. This position will be for our client – an outsourcing partner - who has just opened a new office in Thessaloniki, Greece - however this is a 100% remote role in Greece so no need to come to their office.The roleAs a Customer Advisor you will represent an Energy provider for the Dutch and Belgium market. You will receive incoming calls, emails and live chat from clients in relation to energy packages, pricing calculation and invoice queries. Providing information in relation to tariffs and discuss the advantages for the client switching to this new energy provider is also part of your daily tasks.
RequirementsWe are looking for candidates who have:Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in DutchPrevious customer service and /or back office experience desiredFlexible attitudeComputer literateAbility to work from home (home office and good broadband connection)
Salary, Relocation Package and BenefitsThe Basic net salary is 1000 € net/month (plus the additional Christmas, Easter and Holiday bonus). Additional 100 euro gross p/m fixed (language) bonus = approx 60 euro net + Euro 30 net p/m work from home allowance. + 132 euro net p/m for food vouchers (approx 1230 eur net in total p/m including food vouchers) You can also earn around 170 euro gross performance bonus potential p/m. Laptop is provided to you if successful.Interview ProcessThe interview process can be done remotely via phone, skype, whatsapp or viber. There will be an information/screen call, where you will be once again explained what the role entails etc. This will be followed by an official interview and language test.
