Procure to Pay Analyst -Dutch speaker

Location: Budapest


As part of the STS helpdesk (PTP, AP & Procurement Helpdesk via Calls, Emails & Chat), the Specialist is responsible for reviewing the PO & Invoice Data as per the email/call/chat query from the client & vendors. Investiage PTP related questions & problems and find a solution for the customer. Respond to these requests in time and in a quality manner according to the defined SLA metrics.Provide internal trainigs to other team members or key stakeholders.

•Investigate, capture, and record all complex queries

•Support and oversee the operational activities of our third-party service provider on a daily basis

•Collaboration with the rest of the team to ensure effective support for the entire region being supported

•Offer flexibility in supporting different processes in STS when necessary

•Resolve customer queries in the areas of procurement, accounts payable and employee expense management inquiries

•Communicate with internal business customers

•Manage issues proactively in conjunction with internal stakeholders where necessary to achieve satisfactory solutions in a timely manner

•Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in line with SOX requirements and supports company mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity

•Provide internal trainings to other team members or key stakeholders

•Identify, propose, and implement process improvement through daily problem resolution

•Effectively manage and prioritize workload efficiently and accurately while promoting a positive customer service culture


We are looking for you, if you:

  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English languages
  • have relevant work experience in Customer Service (Procurement/Accounts Payable/Source to Settle/Contact Centre)
  • have University or College degree
  • are open to work in shifts
  • have excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
  • are flexible, open-minded personality with a "can do" attitude
