As a Dutch-speaking After Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:

Carry out product training sessions for the customers and support with the onboarding process

Manage customers' requests & ensure an utmost customer satisfaction 

Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat 

Provide accurate, valid & complete information by using the right methods/tools

Build sustainable relationships of trust through open & interactive communication
