Dutch-speaking Customer Service Expert (m/f/d) for a car rental company

  • You will handle telephone and written customer enquiries on behalf of our client and thus make a significant contribution to individual customer satisfaction. To do this, you will increasingly use modern media, such as WhatsApp, social media channels and other chat functions.
  • In day-to-day operations, you will continuously develop the service and also provide support with concierge and breakdown assistance issues.

  • Personality: Customer-oriented, responsible and communicative.
  • Working method: Reliable, service- and solution-oriented.
  • Experience and know-how: You are enthusiastic about customer service, have a quick grasp and are adept at using information technology. Ideally, you already have practical experience in the travel/tourism/service sector.
  • Languages: You speak Dutch at a native level and also have a very good command of written and spoken English. Additionally you have good german skills.
  • Education: No specific education necessary.
