This is a work-from-home job and you will need the following:
- hard-wired internet connection (at least 30mbps)
- Professional home-working environment (quiet atmosphere/home-office/etc)

Hours to cover: Monday-Friday, 9:00 Am - 6:00 Pm, 8hrs / day, 40 hours / week
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be primarily responsible for providing frontline customer support, technical support and e-commerce after-sales service via phone, chat and/or email. You will provide information about products and services, help with processing orders, respond to customer enquiries, and process returns.
