The Job

Our client is looking for a Dutch Speaking Technical Support Agent to join the team

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Answering and resolving technical questions or issues raised by customers through telephone, email, or other channels in a friendly and efficient manner.
  2. Identifying and analyzing customers' technical problems by actively listening and asking clear and concise questions.
  3. Providing exceptional customer service using your extensive technical knowledge gained through internal training and support systems.
  4. Gathering and documenting all relevant information for each customer contact to ensure a high level of service is delivered.
  5. Staying updated with new developments in the technical area, networks, and consumer electronics relevant to the position.

The Profile

Skills required:

  1. Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
  2. You have excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users.
  3. You demonstrate patience and empathy when communicating and solving customer issues.
  4. You stay informed about the latest IT and tech-related trends.
  5. You are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.
