Job Description

As an HR Service Delivery with Dutch at Wolters Kluwer you will be working as part of an International HR Service Delivery team and you will be responsible for case management activities for several countries within EMEA.

  • Providing support on different employee life cycle processes for our colleagues within EMEA region, using company's Case Management tool and other several country systems in a timely and quality manner
  • Create documents following company procedures and country specific legal procedures
  • Create and deliver report to support other HR functions, business stakeholders and audit process
  • Develop and maintain process description to enhance our knowledge database for each country's HR processes
  • Handel all cases assigned to TIER1 team and ensure completion following SLA's and KPI's
  • Escalate cases based on content, for example: TIER2 level, HR Business Partners, Center of Expertise or HRIS Specialists
  • You will be working together with international HR team and third parties in order to ensure accuracy of employee's data
  • Processing data entry or data import into different systems

  • Experience using Microsoft office package and HR systems (preferable Workday or SAP-Success Factors)
  • Experience in using Case Management/Ticketing systems
  • Ability to handle tasks in different systems
  • Attention to details and maintenance of data confidentiality and integrity
  • Good written and oral communication and organizational skills
  • English language minimum B2
  • Dutch language minimum B2
