IT Service Desk_ Dutch & Polish speaker (Associate II - Cloud Infrastructure Services)

Job Description

We are recruiting for an IT Support / Service Desk Engineer with fluency in both Dutch & Polish language skills to join our Global Service Desk team in Poland.

Role:
  • Provide the 1st and 2nd line of support using Dutch & Polish
  • Possess experience in a similar position or somebody with a high level of IT knowledge


The role requires the willingness to work on rotational shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide telephone and email IT support to external customers.
  • Use your troubleshooting skills and training to understand the technical issues and resolve them in a timely manner if possible.
  • Help prioritise the daily technical IT calls and escalate them accordingly across the SMEs when required.
  • Ensure the customer always receives first class IT support.


What You Need:
  • Fluent Dutch & Polish (min. B2+)
  • Good level of English (min. B1+)
  • Experience supporting end users with technical IT issues
