Operation Specialist Dutch - Apprenticeship/Intern (M/F)

Job Description :

Are you dynamic and have a sense of service? Then you may be our future Operation Specialist for the Dutch market !We are looking for a polyvalent person to make part of our Operations team.

Your main tasks will be the following:
  • Be in charge of the logistics and the daily life of the operational team (planning installations, maintenance and manage the team's resources).
  • Build: Build, test and maintain the process that will improve the day to day of your team and the clients.
  • Run: Follow and apply the operational workflow that allows our company to cover an international market (from Australia to the Alaska).
  • Manage the onboarding of new clients, international logistics, follow up of customers & partners, follow up with suppliersBe a problem solver on a daily basis.
  • These missions may vary according to the evolution of the company's needs. We will guide you throughout your onboarding in order to increase your skills!

Preferred experience
  • You are eager to join a young, dynamic and ambitious startup!
  • You are empathetic, organized and have excellent relational skills.
  • You have initiative and agility.
  • You are proactive and versatile, you are able to work independently and you know how to solve problem.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like the challenge and remain pragmatic in your approaches.
  • Language skills: Dutch and at least B2 level in English.
