Recruiter (German/Dutch/English) Remote, DEU

Position currently available for a Recruiter with professional or native fluency in German, Dutch and English, and with experience conducting full-cycle recruitment on field service technician ( or similar skilled labor roles) and sales professionals. If you have least 5 years experience of full-cycle recruitment working with managers located across a global matrixed organization, let's talk!!).

THE SKILLS SET NEEDED
    • Professional or Native fluency in German, Dutch and English.
    • At least 5+ years of experience conducting full-cycle recruitment of mechanical and electrical technicians, sales, professionals, engineering and/or leadership positions.
    • Sourcing experience in LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean and other local databases.
    • Strong understanding of German and Benelux local employment laws as it applies to hiring and interviewing.


PREFERRED SKILLS SET
    • Workday ATS experience.
    • Fluency in any other languages, examples French, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Polish, Swedish, Norwegian and/or Spanish.
    • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization as a part of a global Recruitment team.


Energy, Oil & Gas sectors, other rental companies experienced recruiters desired.
