  • You have completed training with substantial professional experience in direct customer contact, preferably in customer service, contact center, or sales.
  • You have initial leadership experience, both functionally and disciplinarily, as a supervisor, team lead, or in a similar position, viewing employees as colleagues you enjoy working with.
  • You are highly communicative in Dutch and English, proficient in conversation, even in critical situations.
  • You can convey expectations and motivate people effectively.
  • You enjoy analyzing structures and workflows, optimizing them, and establishing improvements within a team.
  • You are self-motivated, capable of multitasking, and successful in a fast-paced team environment.
