Job Description

We're looking for a talented and passionate SEO Content Editor to create high-quality, engaging content for our Sports Betting and Casino brands including the iconic bwin.

Due to the nature of this role, we require fluent/native Flemish, and English language skills (both written and verbal).

What you will do

• Write compelling, SEO-optimized content in near-native Flemish and French for digital platforms.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research tailored to Belgian search trends.
• Optimize existing content to improve organic visibility and rankings.
• Assist in content planning and manage the editorial calendar.
• Develop content briefs and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with SEO, design, and marketing teams to create engaging content strategies.
• Create long-form content that maximizes keyword opportunities while maintaining reader engagement.

Qualifications

Essentials:

• Near-native Flemish language skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Understanding of SEO (keywords, on-page optimization)
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Passion for sports, especially Football, Basketball, or NFL
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
• We would love to see examples of your written work so please include any links on your CV (it could be work examples, a blog you have written or perhaps a website containing some of your writing)

Desirable:

• Experience in content creation (blogs, articles, landing pages)
• Previous experience in the gambling/sports betting industry
• Experience working in a newsroom or editorial environment
• Proven track record creating successful long-form content pieces
• Familiarity with content optimization
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog
