Salary: £25,000 with Uncapped Commission (£50,000 OTE) Our client is a forward-thinking specialist Executive Search business that consistently pushes the boundaries of how they approach, search and advise. They help Technology companies scale or develop new markets by hiring talent who can drive significant change or growth either locally or internationally. This role will be focusing on the new German and Dutch markets so you will be on the forefront of a new market being built out!
The Role:Initially candidate-focused, you will be working on multiple sourcing projects and managing your workload independently as soon as you are ready to do so. This will involve:
- Identifying and qualifying candidates you find through our database, job boards, social media and your ability to network/build relationships
- Posting job ads
- A large number of telephone screenings and face to face interviews
- Managing interview booking/prep/feedback
- Taking part in negotiating/closing offers
Requirements - Bachelor's degree with at least 2:1
- Be a fluent German or Dutch speaker
- Commitment to embedding one's self within the Tech Community
- Excellent communication skills
- Be telephone and video-driven
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Motivated self-starter
- Money motivated
