We are very excited to recruit for a new DUTCH speaking Customer Advisor - WFH anywhere in Greece. This position will be for our client – an outsourcing partner - who has just opened a new office in Thessaloniki, Greece - however this is a 100% remote role in Greece so no need to come to their office. The roleAs a Customer Advisor you will represent an Energy provider for the Dutch and Belgium market. You will receive incoming calls, emails and live chat from clients in relation to energy packages, pricing calculation and invoice queries. Providing information in relation to tariffs and discuss the advantages for the client switching to this new energy provider is also part of your daily tasks.

Salary, Relocation Package and BenefitsSalary 1000 € net p/m plus holiday. Easter and Christmas bonus (€ 17,980 p/a gross = € 14,050 p/a net). Full paid training will be provided. Laptop plus 2 screens are provided to you if successful.Additional signing on bonus for those starting on the 8-JUNE of EURO 1000. Interview ProcessThe interview process can be done remotely via phone, skype, whatsapp or viber. There will be an information/screen call, where you will be once again explained what the role entails etc. This will be followed by an official interview and language test.
