To make sure that your start will be smoothly, they will pick you up from the airport, book a hotel and arrange an apartment for you!
Your daily work as a customer support agent is to help customers with questions about passwords, changing personal data, orders that have not arrived and such. It is your job to listen carefully and be a problem-solving and empathetic customer service representant.

The ideal candidate
- Has great communications skills in Dutch and English (both written and oral)
- Is motivated to explore a different country and learn about other cultures
