We will first screen your profile to assess if it matches the role requirements. If we consider you qualified, we will contact you to schedule a 25-minute interview with one of our recruiters. During this conversation, you can tell us more about yourself, and we’ll answer any questions you may have. If it’s a good match, we will then submit your application to the company and support you through the rest of the process.

That depends on when you're available! Employers have many different start dates and you can start in a few weeks, or only in a few months.

If you are unhappy with your new life, we will pay for your flight tickets home. You are eligible for our Satisfaction Guarantee if you: • Have been placed by Workwide in a full-time role, where relocation was required. • Have signed your employment contract* with the hiring company. • Have worked in the role for a minimum of 30 days and no more than 60 days, counted from the date of your contract signature. • Have resigned or ended your employment within this 30–60 day window. • Express your intent to return to your home country or permanent residence due to dissatisfaction with the role, employer, or location. • Submit your claim before the 60-day mark from the date of your employment contract. *This means the final legal document that defines your employment conditions, not the job offer or onboarding contract.
