Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth administrative follow-up of training courses and act as the starting point of every training course.
• Create and register training courses in the training catalogue based on information from internal and external trainers.
• Ensure employees, secretariats, and training responsibles receive invitations and are informed in a timely manner about changes or cancellations.
• Process attendance lists accurately and assign correct qualifications for audits and government registration.
• Act as the first point of contact for practical questions related to training programmes.
• Handle requests for orders and Purchase Order numbers and ensure partners receive correct invoicing information.

Requirements

• Organizational and administrative talent with a strong eye for detail.
• Proactive and accessible attitude, acting as an important point of contact.
• Ability to work in a structured way and determine priorities.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and ability to work closely with trainers, students, partners, and training managers.
• Affinity with training administration; experience in a similar position is a plus.
