Assistant Brand Marketing - Dutch Lady

Assistant Brand Marketing - Dutch Lady Are you curious about what drives consumers and how brands can truly connect with them? By translating consumer insights and digital trends into impactful execution, you'll create meaningful engagement that supports measurable business outcomes
Marketing Operations
• Support brand management activities including creative development, pricing, and promotions
• Closely monitor and analyse brand performance (Sales, Share, Distribution) & competitor activities
• Coordinate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Trade Marketing, Sales, R&D etc) and external partners (advertising, media, design agencies) to deliver brand objectivesBrand Activation
• Assist in creating annual brand activation plans, including in-store communication, shopper promotions, and trial activations
• Develop detailed implementation plans covering budget management, timelines, and activity tracking
• Ensure flawless execution of in-store activations for product launches, key projects, and thematic campaignsDigital & Social Media Focus• Stay up to date with social media trends, consumer behavior, and cultural moments to inform marketing actions.
• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
• Contribute to the development of digital content strategies that strengthen brand presence and drive engagement
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure digital campaigns are aligned with overall brand objectivesBudget & Compliance
• Provide regular updates on key data (volumes, market share, sales, market intelligence).
• Ensure all marketing expenditures remain within approved budgets
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods
• Strong interest and familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing, and digital trends
• Skills: Problem-solving, Digital Literacy, Stakeholder management, Project management, and organizational skills
.• Fluent in English & Vietnamese
