To support this expansion,
we are looking for an Account Executive to manage and grow our
Dutch & German markets , working closely with our experienced sales & account management team.
Your Mission - Acquire & Manage: Develop a portfolio of B2B carsharing clients in the Netherlands and Germany, while identifying new business opportunities.
- Sales & Negotiation: Conduct sales calls, present tailored mobility solutions, handle objections, and close deals.
- Client Relationship: Ensure customer satisfaction, build long-term partnerships, and maximize retention of our car sharing portfolio.
- Market Strategy: Analyze market trends in Netherlands & Germany, providing insights to refine our go-to-market strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Follow-up & Reporting: Manage your sales pipeline, track progress, and report on key performance indicators.
What You Bring - Fluency in German , Dutch (C1/C2) and English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Sales expertise: Previous experience in account management, sales, or business development.
- Customer-focused mindset: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiation skills: Persuasion, objection handling, and deal-closing abilities.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, sales automation software, and digital communication platforms.
- Autonomy & Organization: Ability to manage multiple deals while maintaining a structured approach.
- Knowledge of the automotive/mobility sector is a plus but not required.
