Cash Collector with Dutch

As a Cash Collector you'll play a key role in managing customer payments and ensuring smooth financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with customers to ensure timely payments for goods and services
• Allocating incoming payments and resolving any discrepancies (e.g., missing payments, incorrect amounts, tax issues)
• Following up on outstanding balances and handling disputed cases on assigned customer accounts
• Working with SAP to enter payment information and maintain accurate financial records

To succeed, you will need

• Communicative English and Dutch
• Strong verbal and written skills to interact with customers professionally
• Confident in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); SAP experience is a plus
