Playtech Managed Services is looking for a proactive Chat Moderator with Dutch with great communication and writing skills.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Engage in text-based online chats as a chat moderator.
• Welcome and engage players as they enter chat rooms, encourage participation, and foster a friendly atmosphere.
• Build rapport and develop long-lasting relationships with the players.
• Maintain the solid reputation of our brand.
• Meet performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the chat room.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with players through open communication.
• Provide regular updates on promotions, personalized services, and site-related information.
• Ensure players follow chat room etiquette guidelines.
• Assist players with information regarding the games and the mini games.
• Host scheduled chat games to entertain players.

Qualifications

• Have excellent Dutch writing skills.
• Possess excellent communication, computer, and time management skills.
• Are available to work on shifts.
• Can build trust and positive relationships with customers through consistent engagement and interactive communication.
• Have a tactful and diplomatic approach to enforcing chat rules and guidelines while maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Are diplomatic, patient, and able to handle demanding situations.
• Can work independently and within a team, prioritizing tasks effectively.
