YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You investigate and process damage claims efficiently, ensuring they align with our guidelines
• You collaborate with internal teams, insurance companies, authorities, and damage experts
• You provide exceptional customer service and communicate with clients in English and one of the following languages: Italian or Dutch.
• You make informed decisions, contributing to a seamless claims management process
• You handle a variety of cases, keep your work dynamic and enhance quality standards

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have previous experience in claims management or customer service case solving and a passion for client interaction
• Communication You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Negotiation You demonstrate outstanding communication and negotiation skills and have a solution-focused working style
• Interaction You can interact effectively with clients, insurance companies, and legal entities
• Languages You are fluent in English and one of the following languages: Italian, or Dutch
