We are inviting applications for the role of Collections - Process Associate-Dutch-Hybrid Cluj
Responsibilities

• Collection of customer invoices and unauthorized deductions, maintenance of Accounts Receivables, reviewing and recommending block of account, supervising customer payment trends and partner concern of payment problems/issues.
• Coordinating the chase activity, query resolution/dispute management: Verbal & Written Communication with client and related departments.
• Managing dunning letters/collection letters: Issuing, checking and sending dunning letters/Collection letters
• Build and maintain specific customer service measurements for assigned accounts, providing backup coverage for other Analysts and a detailed understanding of all business unit practices and procedures.
• Works closely with Cash Application team to ensure correct matching of payments
• Creates customized customer statements and sends them to customers
• Follows up with customers, requests for payments and investigates the reasons for non-payments

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounting/Finance - required
• Language Dutch knowledge, level B2 is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; intermediate to advanced skills - required
• Organized personality with attention to details and customer orientation;
• Accurate, logical problem solver;
• Ability to handle client on one-on-one basis, via e-mails and calls;

Preferred qualifications

• University graduate (Economic studies are an advantage);
