The Role

As a credit decisions analyst using YouLend proprietary solutions and guidelines to decision applications and price deals, being responsible for ensuring acceptable terms while deciding the size, duration, and price of an application and recommending terms of the deals for KYC and funding checks. Contributing ideas to improve the ongoing processes, validating the accuracy and completeness of information received for each deal and liaising with the Credit Risk/Data Science teams to analyse and influence decisions.

Requirements

• Building and documenting localised guidance and policies for our Credit Decisions team
• Testing and providing feedback for our local Credit Risk models
• Assessing merchants on ability to repay by reviewing credit reports, assessing revenue and payment data, and pricing deals
• Analytical and has strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player / Target driven
• Experience working in similar industries and/or roles (Credit Risk, Underwriting, Banking, Finance, Accounting etc.)
• Dutch/Flemish speaking

Desirable:

• Experience of having working in Benelux market

Salary range: £39,500 - 41,500 +5% quarterly bonus (based on performance)
