Whether you live in Thailand, Bali, South Africa, or anywhere else in the world outside the EU – this position is 100% remote. You don’t need to pack moving boxes, get to know a new country (unless you want to!), or reserve a desk in an office. You work from wherever you feel most comfortable.

The only important requirements: You have a permanent residence and a set-up workspace in a non-EU country, and you are available during Dutch business hours.

💼 Your Role

You are the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking business clients, guiding them from their initial inquiry to the completed order. You build authentic customer relationships, advise clients as peers, and ensure they gladly return.

Your tasks:

• 📞 Advising our business clients via phone, email, and video call
• 🤝 Building long-term customer relationships – no anonymous support, but personal care
• 📋 Processing customer inquiries and actively following up on quotes
• 💡 Solution-oriented consulting regarding our product portfolio

What you will NOT do here:

• ❌ No cold calls – our clients reach out to us actively. However, we do follow up proactively to ensure no client gets left behind.
• ❌ No shift work, no weekends, no night shifts

💰 What you earn (transparent & above average)

We believe in fair and transparent salaries – so here are the concrete numbers (based on 40 hours):

• 📌 €2,000 fixed base salary per month (billed hourly as an independent contractor)
• 🎯 Quarterly target bonus between €300 and €3,000 – depending on your performance and tenure. The longer you stay with us, the higher your bonus potential.
• 💸 On-Target Earnings (OTE): between €2,100 and €3,000 per month
• ✨ This puts us significantly above the typical salary level of comparable positions abroad.

⏰ You decide: 32 or 40 hours

With us, you don’t have to work 40 hours – but you can. Choose the model that fits your lifestyle:

• 🕐 32 hours/week – more time for the beach, sports, family, or simply yourself
• 🕒 40 hours/week – the full salary package with maximum OTE
• 🗓️ Working hours: Mon–Fri within Dutch business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CET)

✅ What you bring to the table

• Dutch at a native speaker level
• Professional English skills (for internal team communication)
• Expected qualification: Minimum Voorbereidend Wetenschappelijk Onderwijs (VWO)
• Residence in an EU country (for legal employment setup)
• Initial experience in customer contact or sales is a plus, but not a must
• Residence in a Non-EU country
