Job Description

Please note, you must be fluent in both German and Dutch languages.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm.

DDC is now looking for a Customer Service Advisor, based in Hammersmith, London.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include:

• Dealing with customers electronically, by telephone and face-to-face in English, Dutch and German.
• Resolving queries effectively and, and imparting product advice in a friendly but professional manner.
• Provide effective administrative support to the department, working within a small team and occasionally assisting with other duties.
• Contribute to the effective running of the office, achieving sales targets and objectives efficiently.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts and individual clients.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with your clients and ultimately be responsible for handling case co-ordination from instruction to completion working within strict time constraints.
• Liaise between their laboratory, clients and medical clinics worldwide and will also be responsible for sample logging, shipping sample collection kits, report distribution, invoicing and any other office based activities.
• Proactively manage client relationships on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• You must be fluent in German and Dutch, speaking and writing.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Computer literate and have previous customer service experience.
• Have strong communication skills to effectively manage client relationships, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills to take ownership of difficult and complex cases.
• Team player
• Able to use initiative
