Requirements

What the Job Involves:

• Conduct outbound calls with customers and prospects and create engaging sales conversations.
• Present products and services confidently and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Guide customers through the sales process and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Conduct goal-oriented sales conversations and actively contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Maintain customer data and document conversations accurately in our systems.
• Work on different sales campaigns and projects to keep your daily work exciting and diverse.
• Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is required.
• Fluent Dutch language skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
• Goal-oriented mindset, motivation, and the ability to work independently.
• Good PC skills and a reliable approach to handling customer data.
• Enjoy sales, communication, and working in a 100% remote environment with a vibrant digital community.
• A stable internet connection and a quiet home office setup are required.
