Purpose

As a Customer Service Consignment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of consignment and ad hoc IOL stock with BVI customers. This role involves close collaboration with Sales Representatives and clients, as well as oversight of consistent and accurate invoicing for utilized IOLs.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to complete stock checks in line with agreed schedules.
• Reconcile stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
• Liaise directly with customers regarding invoicing and stock-related queries for consignment and ad hoc lenses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams to resolve discrepancies and finalize reconciliations.
• Coordinate the return of unused or excess consignment IOL stock.
• Organize and participate in regular review meetings with sales teams to track outstanding invoicing and stock counts.
• Prepare and analyze reports to monitor reconciliation progress by account and evaluate invoicing impact.
• Ensure consignment agreements are centrally stored, up to date, and accessible for internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and escalate stock turnover risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and auditable records of stock checks and communications.

Qualification

• Fluent in English + French / Dutch / German.
• Strong digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP or similar systems.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and adaptable approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a calm and consistent approach.
• Eligible to work in Poland without visa support.
