Your new role

• An attractive mix of inbound and outbound calls - no sale and no acquisition
• Appointment coordination and planning
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide optimal solutions
• Varied tasks in customer service, always help at hand
• Go the extra mile to engage customers

Your skills

• 1 year of experience in customer service or other customer-facing sectors
• Very good written and spoken Dutch language skills
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with always a friendly and professional demeanor and empathy
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Motivation to work in customer service - experienced or newcomer
