What is your role going to look like?

• Together with team members you will be supporting Benelux market
• Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams
• Big part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in ERP.
• You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients.
• You can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone.

Job Requirements:

• Native or business fluent in Dutch
• Fluent in English
• Customer centric approach
• Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)
• Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
• Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools
• Organizational skills and attention to details
