Customer Service Specialist (with Dutch)

About the Role:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the key connection between our company and our customers, ensuring smooth order handling and top-tier service. You'll manage the full order cycle-from setup to delivery-while working closely with Sales and Supply Chain to meet customer expectations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment and enjoys building strong relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for your customer portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Handle customer queries with ownership and professionalism.
• Accurately process high volumes of orders in SAP.
• Coordinate product availability and delivery timelines.
• Validate pricing and support contract updates.
• Resolve complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize logistics for efficient and cost-effective deliveries.
• Take full ownership of customer service quality.

About you:

• Fluent English and Dutch.
• 5+ years in Customer Service, ideally in B2B or manufacturing.
• Strong SAP experience (5+ years preferred).
• Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Customer-focused and relationship-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with numbers and data.
• Proactive, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
• Team player with planning and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solver with a positive attitude.
