YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You process and manage damage claims - a dynamic mix of analysis, communication, and research
• You review damages based on photos and reports and determine whether an expert assessment is required
• You clarify each case by communicating with customers, branches, insurance companies, or public authorities
• You conduct thorough research to identify the cause, circumstances, and responsible party
• You receive structured onboarding and soon take full ownership of independent decision-making

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Attention to detail You have a sharp eye for details and never settle for incomplete answers
• Language You speak fluent Dutch (at least C1) and can communicate in English - we'll teach you the technical terms
• Communication You express yourself clearly and professionally - both verbally and in writing
• Tech-savviness You are proficient in MS Office - everything else you'll learn with us
• Hands-on mentality You take responsibility, embrace new challenges, and keep a clear overview
• Interest in mobility You are curious about topics like road traffic, mobility, and regulations - or eager to learn more about them with us
