Digital Workflow Specialist - BENELUX (f/m/d)

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding SprintRay's business across the Netherlands by working closely with distribution partners, Key Opinion Leaders, dental practices, and laboratories. You will combine strategic account development, outstanding organization, and engaging educational events to position SprintRay as the leading provider of digital dental workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic development and growth of SprintRay's business throughout the Netherlands
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with dentists, orthodontists, dental laboratories, and Key Opinion Leaders
• Work closely with our distribution partners through joint customer visits, product demonstrations, trainings, and events
• Plan, organize, and execute customer events, workshops, and educational programs
• Identify and develop strategic accounts and reference centers
• Position SprintRay as the innovation and technology leader in digital dental workflows
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, hands-on trainings, and educational workshops
• Represent SprintRay at trade shows, congresses, and industry events
• Collaborate with technology partners across the digital workflow ecosystem, including intraoral scanner, implant, and CAD/CAM software manufacturers
• Support new product launches in close collaboration with the Marketing and Education teams
• Plan and manage your sales activities in a structured manner while maintaining accurate documentation in Salesforce CRM

Required Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in the dental industry or a related medical field
• Alternatively, a background in dental technology, dentistry, or business combined with
  
  relevant sales experience
• Passion for digital technologies, CAD/CAM workflows, and innovative treatment concepts
• Ideally, experience with digital dental workflows and/or 3D printing technologies
• Strong ability to identify strategic business opportunities and develop high-value customer relationships
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ambition to grow your territory independently
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate customers, partners, events, and sales opportunities simultaneously
• Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to prioritize effectively
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• A structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Netherlands
• Fluent Dutch and strong English language skills
• Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and digital business tools
