In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing technical assistance and support related to our products and services.
As a Front Office Technical Support Specialist, you will interact directly with clients, helping them resolve technical issues and ensuring a smooth user experience. Your expertise will not only help maintain client satisfaction but also contribute to the improvement of our services.
Responsibilities - Provide technical support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues effectively
- Document technical issues and solutions in our support system
- Advise clients on best practices and usage of our products
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues
- Engage in continual training to enhance your product knowledge and technical skills
- Collect and analyze client feedback to provide insights for service improvements
Requirements - Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is advantageous
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and provide clear instructions
- Proficient in using support ticketing systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
