As the main point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clientele, you'll ensure every holiday goes off without a hitch.

• Comprehensive Support: Assist travelers via phone, email, and live chat with their hotel, flight, and car rental needs.
• Dynamic Problem Solving: Manage booking changes and cancellations with speed and a human touch.
• The Mediator: Act as the link between travelers and international hotels to settle complex issues and maintain top-tier service.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Dutch Fluency: Native or C2 level (written and spoken).
• English Skills: A comfortable B2 level for training and team collaboration.
• Digital Literacy: You're at ease juggling various software and online tools.

• No Experience? No Problem: While a background in tourism is great, it's not a dealbreaker. We offer fully paid, expert training to get you up to speed.
