YOUR ROLE: CRAFTING JOURNEYS

You will be the primary navigator for Dutch-speaking travelers, ensuring their experience is flawless from booking to boarding.

• Expert Assistance: Support customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries regarding hotels, flights, and car rentals.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests with empathy and agility.
• The Bridge: Mediate between travelers and global accommodation partners to resolve complex issues and ensure 5-star satisfaction.
• Digital Navigation: Use state-of-the-art booking systems and databases to provide real-time, accurate travel information.
• Multicultural Impact: Maintain high service standards while contributing to a diverse, world-class team environment.

WHO YOU ARE

• Language Skills: Native or near-native Dutch (C2) with excellent verbal and written skills.
• English Proficiency: A solid command of English (B2) for training and internal communication.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple software tools and digital platforms simultaneously.
• Travel Enthusiast: A genuine interest in the tourism industry and a desire to help others explore.
• Experience: Prior customer service or travel experience is a plus, but not required. We provide fully paid, world-class training!
