Core ResponsibilitiesAs a Remote Travel Coordinator, your day-to-day duties include:

• Multi-Channel Communication: Handling incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with total professionalism in fluent Dutch and fluent English.
• Complex Problem Solving: Investigating and correcting complicated booking discrepancies and account concerns with empathy and composure.
