The Core Responsibility: Digital Stewardship

In this role, you are the final line of defense against harmful content. You will analyze reported videos, images, and text to ensure they align with global policy and local Dutch cultural nuances.

Key Deliverables:

• Policy Application: Review user-generated content (Dutch market) and take appropriate action (keep, delete, or escalate) based on strictly defined Community Guidelines.
• Pattern Recognition: Identify emerging trends in online behavior, including "challenges," memes, or viral content that may require policy updates.
• Quality Precision: Maintain an industry-leading accuracy rate. In moderation, the "small details" are the most significant.
• Safety Advocacy: Handle sensitive topics (e.g., misinformation, cyberbullying, or copyright infringement) with a high degree of professional objectivity and emotional resilience.
• Continuous Optimization: Participate in feedback loops with Quality Analysts to refine moderation tools and AI-driven detection systems.

The Candidate Blueprint

We are looking for individuals with a high degree of "Digital Intelligence." You don't need to have moderated content before, but you must possess the ethical framework and focus required for the task.

• Linguistic Excellence: Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (C1/C2). You must understand slang, idioms, and cultural context.
• Global Communication: Strong English (B2) skills for training, global syncs, and internal platform navigation.
• Critical Thinking: The ability to make objective decisions under pressure without letting personal bias interfere.
• Resilience: A high level of emotional maturity and the ability to process diverse types of digital content daily.
• Detail Orientation: An eagle eye for subtle violations that others might miss.
