Key Responsibilities

As a Content Moderator, you will serve as a digital guardian for the Dutch-speaking community. Your objective is to ensure that the platform remains a creative and safe space for all.

• Content Review: Monitor and evaluate user-generated content (videos, images, and comments) to ensure it adheres to community guidelines and local Dutch market regulations.
• Objective Decision-Making: Apply global policy standards to determine whether content should be featured, restricted, or removed from the platform.
• Safety & Security: Proactively identify and escalate potential risks, such as misinformation, harmful behavior, or copyright infringement.
• Cultural Context: Utilize your deep understanding of Dutch culture, slang, and current events to accurately moderate sensitive or nuanced content.
• Data Integrity: Accurately document moderation actions in our internal systems to help improve automated safety algorithms and platform health.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch (excellent reading and comprehension skills).
