YOUR MISSION: PROTECT & MODERATE

As a Content Moderator, you are the voice of safety for the Dutch-speaking community (Netherlands & Flanders). Your daily tasks include:

• Content Evaluation: Monitor user-generated videos, images, and comments to ensure they meet community guidelines and Dutch market regulations.
• Objective Decision-Making: Apply global policies to determine if content should be promoted, restricted, or removed.
• Risk Identification: Proactively spot and escalate threats such as misinformation, harmful behavior, or copyright violations.
• Cultural Context: Use your deep understanding of Dutch slang, trends, and current events to moderate nuanced content accurately.
• System Optimization: Document actions to help improve AI safety algorithms and overall platform health.

WHO YOU ARE

• Language Skills: Fluent/Native Dutch (C2) with excellent reading and comprehension skills.
