Dutch speaking Content Moderator

Mercier Consultancy Europe is looking for a Dutch Speaking Content Moderator to join our expanding team! This key role focuses on reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with our community guidelines while promoting a safe and engaging online environment for our Dutch-speaking users. Key Responsibilities:

• Moderate and evaluate content submitted by users in Dutch to ensure it adheres to community standards and policies.
• Identify and act upon inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content quickly and efficiently.
• Engage with users by addressing comments and inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and generate reports on user behavior trends.
• Work collaboratively with fellow moderators to share insights and improve content moderation strategies.
• Stay informed about social media trends and developments in content moderation practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Experience in content moderation, community management, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze content appropriately.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with users.
• Proficiency in working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Cultural sensitivity and open-mindedness when dealing with a diverse user base.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and moderation tools is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the community and scheduling requirements.
