What You Will Do Everyday

Your daily routine as an Online Safety Specialist will include:

• Review Content: Monitor and evaluate user-generated content (images, videos, text, and audio) in Dutch according to platform guidelines and community policies.
• Maintain Platform Safety: Identify and remove harmful, inappropriate, or misleading content, ensuring a safe online environment.
• Analyze Data: Make objective, quick decisions regarding content flags using internal moderation tools.
• Collaborate Daily: Work alongside a diverse, international team of moderators and team leaders to continuously improve content quality and system accuracy.
• Stay Updated: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay sharp on the latest digital trends, platform policies, and cultural nuances.

What We Are Looking For

Language & Mindset

• Language Proficiency: Native or fluent (C1/C2) level of Dutch is mandatory. You must also have a strong professional command of English (B2) for training and internal communication.
• Mindset: A positive attitude, strong emotional resilience, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with high attention to detail.

Tech Skills & Eligibility

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating digital platforms, social media networks, and basic office software.
• Eligibility: You must already possess a valid EU Passport or a valid Portuguese Work Permit.
