As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with their travel inquiries, bookings, and any issues they may encounter. Your fluency in Dutch and your dedication to helping clients will contribute to positive travel experiences for customers from start to finish.
Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with booking inquiries and solve any travel-related issues
- Offer detailed information about services, accommodations, and travel options
- Document customer interactions accurately within our systems
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience
- Stay updated with company policies and travel industry trends
- Gather customer feedback to improve service delivery and operational processes
Requirements - Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for travel and helping others
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture
