DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and messaging platforms
- Provide professional technical support to restaurant partners using the company's hospitality platform
- Deliver excellent customer service while acting as a brand ambassador
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, identifying customer needs quickly
- Escalate complex technical or billing issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
- Ensure high-quality service while meeting productivity and performance targets
- Support restaurants with platform-related questions and operational requests.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent Dutch (C1+) with excellent written and spoken communication skills
- English B2 minimum
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or customer relations
- Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Excellent written communication for email support
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
- Good computer literacy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of handling sensitive customer data
- High level of empathy, particularly in time-sensitive hospitality situations.
