In this role, you will represent a globally recognized leader in home appliances and consumer electronics. Your mission will be to deliver outstanding support to Dutch-speaking customers, helping them resolve inquiries and ensuring a seamless brand experience.

This role features a flexible hybrid work model (2-3 days remote per week) alongside time in our modern Lisbon office, offering the ideal balance between professional independence and connection with your team. No prior experience is required-we provide comprehensive, fully paid training to set you up for absolute success!

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the voice of the brand for our Dutch market. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Customer Assistance: Responding to incoming inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Assisting customers with product inquiries, delivery scheduling, warranty questions, and troubleshooting common technical issues related to household appliances.
• Case Management: Logging and tracking customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation and following up on open cases until resolution.
• Quality & Empathy: Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by active listening, showing empathy, and delivering clear, helpful solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with team leaders and colleagues-both in-office and virtually-to continuously improve service quality and hit team performance targets.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (written and spoken), with a solid, professional command of English (B2 level or higher) for internal communication and training.
• Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polite, empathetic, and patient customer-centric approach.
• Tech & Hybrid Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple screens, using basic software (MS Office), adapting to CRM tools, and self-managing effectively during remote workdays.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive attitude toward solving problems and a genuine desire to help people.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a structured environment with rotating shifts.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or the retail sector is a great bonus, but it is not a mandatory requirement. We value motivation, attitude, and the willingness to learn above all else!

Working Hours & Shifts

• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days a week).
• Shift Window: Rotative shifts operating between 07:00 AM and 05:00 PM.
• Work Style: Hybrid setup-enjoy the best of both worlds with 2 to 3 days working remotely from home per week, combined with collaborative days in our state-of-the-art office in Lisbon.

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Base Salary: €1,400 gross per month, paid 14 times a year (includes Christmas and Summer bonuses).
• Language Allowance: An additional €150 net monthly allowance for utilizing your Dutch language skills.
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100 monthly KPI bonus based on hitting realistic customer satisfaction and quality targets.
• Meal Allowance: €7 per working day (approx. €140-€150 net extra per month).
• Training: Fully paid, comprehensive initial training on product knowledge and customer management systems.
