Responsibilities

Engage with Dutch-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
Resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience.
Provide personalized support to clients, understanding their preferences and needs.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer journey.
Remain updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
Prior experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with customer service software and online communication tools.
Willingness to adapt to varying work hours as necessary to meet customer needs.
