Responsibilities

• Engage with Dutch-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

• Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience.
• Provide personalized support to clients, understanding their preferences and needs.

• Remain updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
