Position: Customer Service Representative (Dutch)

salary :1350€ gross per month+"* Performance bonus of up to 10% of gross salary after 3 months, based on KPIs
Easter and Summer bonuses, each equal to half a monthly salary, and a Christmas bonus equal to a full monthly salary (subject to hiring date under Greek law)

Monday-Sunday (weekdays 10:00-19:00, weekends 10:00-18:30)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support customers with product usage, troubleshooting and other product-related concerns
• Handle customer contacts across voice, chat and email
• Document each interaction accurately
• Follow established procedures
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team when necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

• Dutch at C1/C2 level and English at C1 level
• High school diploma
• Customer service and technical support skills, including complaint handling, troubleshooting, problem solving and strong communication
• EU citizenship
• Based in Athens or willing to relocate (relocation candidates must already hold a Greek AFM and AMKA)
• Available for on-site work in Athens on rotational shifts, including weekends
